Company Key Products

Dry Pumps -- Field proven in the harshest environments encountered in the semiconductor industry. Pumping configuration available from 7 to 600 cfm.

Turbomolecular/Compound Pumps -- Standard and chemical series available. Robust, low, 27,000 rpm design with pumping speeds of 30 to 2000 l/s. Turbos and hybrid pumps are available with ceramic ball bearings and magnetic levitation on certain models.

Molecular Drag Pumps -- complete oil free operation from atmosphere to 10^-6 mbar. Low 27,000 rpm, ceramic ball bearings and can exhaust with backing pressure as high as 40 mbar.

Drytel -- Complete oil free pumping package for clean, compact operation from atmosphere to 10^-9 mbar.

Helium Leak Detectors -- Portable, console, production systems offered. Units are molecular drag hybrid or turbo pumped and offered in DRY cleanroom compatible models.

Mechanical Pumps -- Standard, Chemical Plasma and Hermetically sealed series oil lubricated rotary vane design ranging from 1.4 to 90 cfm.
