CeramTec serves the vacuum market with precision-engineered vacuum feedthroughs, connectors, viewports, thermocouples and other specialty components. With more than five decades of experience in ceramic-to-metal sealing, CeramTec offers the most comprehensive range of products available today. Company-standard designs, developed during our 56 years of experience in applying ceramic-to-metal solutions to customer problems, have become industry-standards and are readily available for shipment.

Feedthroughs – A wide line of feedthroughs with up to 41 conductors, voltages to 100 kV, current to 1000 Amps, bakeout to 450° C and operating temperature between –269° C and 350° C. Specific feedthroughs include RF feedthroughs and Baseplate feedthroughs. Installation mountings: weldable, ISO KF flange, or ConFlat flange. New products for 2007 include miniature 10 & 15 kV feedthroughs and 40 & 50 kV feedthroughs, which all have mating air side cable assemblies.
Multipin Connectors – CeramTec offers newly designed Micro D (MIL-DTL 83513) and Type-D Subminiature connectors (MIL-C-24308 Type) in configurations up to 51-pin. We also offer a line of glass-ceramic Circular Connectors that are available in 3, 6, 10, 19, 32, and 41 pin configurations. These circular connectors are available in three different designs: Double-ended, Straight-pin or Solder-pin. Air-side and vacuum-side plugs are available.
Coaxial Connectors – Microdot, SMB, SMA, BNC, Type N, HN, MHV, SHV (5-20KV), and BSHV Coaxial connectors. New products include a BNC-to-Microdot connector and a 50 Ohm floating shield SMA.
Thermocouples – ANSI Type T, K, S, R, C are available in spade type, spade & power, loop type and MIL-C-5015 type.
Isolators – Cryogenic Isolators (Breaks), Water Isolators, and Vacuum Isolators.
Viewports – Fused Silica, Crystal Quartz, Sapphire, ZnSe, Cleartran™, MgF2, CaF2 Viewports (windows) are available.
Cryogenic Products – CeramTec offers a complete range of products rated for liquid nitrogen and liquid helium applications. In addition, designs suitable for non-magnetic applications are available.
Customization – Custom assemblies are our specialty – taking a standard hermetic part and modifying it to meet the application specific needs of the customer is what we do best!
