Product Lines
The HVA stainless steel body offers one of the smallest interior surface areas in the vacuum valve industry. The body and all major internal components are vacuum furnace brazed with high nickel alloy at 1 x 10-7 for maximum joint integrity and a virtual leak free joint with an electropolish finish inside and out. HVA uses welded bellows to seal the valve body and bonnet plate from atmosphere.

11000 Series Standard Cycle Gate Valves-Designed for high and UHV vacuum applications. Pressure range: 1X10-10 with 100,000 cycles to service (application dependant), welded bellow sealing, bakeable to 150&Mac251;C – 250&Mac251;C and available in all flange configurations.
22000/88000 Series Stainless Steel/Aluminum Rectangular Valves-Designed for wafer processing, flat panel or any application that requires a low particulate rectangular valve. MESC or custom sizes available.
47200 Series Throttle/Isolation Gate Valves- Designed for precise down stream pressure control and complete isolation. The vane style throttle valve is controlled via a stepper motor. The gate valve is controlled pneumatically.
16000 Series Standard Cycle Shield Gate Valves- Designed to protect the internal components from aggressive applications reducing down time and increasing the MTBF. Pressure range: 1X10-10, with 100,000 - 1,000,000 cycles to service (application dependant), welded bellow sealing, bakeable to 150&Mac251;C – 250&Mac251;C and available in all flange configurations.
21200 Series Million Cycle Gate Valves – Designed for high cycle, reduced down time applications. Pressure range: 1X10-10 with 1,000,000 cycles to service (application dependant), welded bellow sealing, bakeable to 150&Mac251;C – 250&Mac251;C and available in all flange configurations.
