Vacuum Pumps -- Vacuum pumps include turbomolecular pumps in standard with integrated controller, corrosive series or magnetically suspended versions. We also manufacture rotary vane pumps with magnetic coupling, dry, diaphragm and Roots pumps as well as vacuum pumping stations.
Vacuum Instruments -- Total pressure gauges and controllers in both analog and digital versions. Residual gas analyzers and quadrupole mass spectrometers.
