Precision Plus is the recognized leader in providing repair parts for vacuum pumps from such companies as Alcatel, Busch, BOC Edwards, Kinney, Leybold, Stokes, Varian, Welch and more. In addition to common components used in a typical rebuild (o-rings, vanes, gaskets, etc.), Precision Plus has expanded its specialization to include major cast iron components such as rotors, plates and stators, along with a broad line of coalescing exhaust filters and oil filtration elements. Considerable cost savings are available through our manufacturing services as expensive worn cast iron components can generally be restored to “as good as new” condition for less than one half of a new part. In addition, most orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed.
