Since 1997 our solutions have provided systems engineering, electronic hardware, and software for vacuum systems. Procerius, Inc. is now producing a software program that is a controls platform for those who develop and use systems. The platform is flexible, economical, and addresses the unique needs of vacuum system professionals. The software is aptly named VacuLab™. In addition to VacuLab compatibility with off-the-shelf hardware, we have produced a robust PLC for interfacing VacuLab to required components. VacuLab and the Procerius, Inc. PLC solutions provide the best of both worlds - the flexibility of the PC environment with the reliability of a PLC solution. Procerius, Inc. solutions have been deployed in a wide range of applications from very small systems to supervisory control of cluster tools that include critical deposition control, complex reactive gas panels, and multi-axes motion control.

The VacuLab environment is a 4th generation 12+ year experienced product. VacuLab has built in drivers that are compatible with numerous industry standard devices such as MKS, CTI, Granville Phillips, Inficon, Animatics, Anaheim, Brooks Robot, Shimadzu, VAT Valves, Omron, and others. Our services include contract development of control software, electrical control chassis build, custom IO boards, HMI - Human Machine Interfaces, controls consulting. Targeted markets include manufacturers of vacuum systems, and it easily supports end users who need the flexibility to make minor alterations to their equipment, and of course, refurbs.
