Ricor, based in Israel, is a privately held company owned by Kibbutz Ein Harod Ihud. It was established in 1967 and entered the Cryogenic Coolers Industry at the early 1970s. Since 1996, Ricor has diversified its range of products and applications to include: Gifford McMahon, Stirling technology and pulse tube (based on both GM and Stirling) Cryocoolers. Applications cover a wide range: HTSC, Vacuum, X-Ray spectrometers, N2 Purge systems for wafers storage, and scientific instrumentation.RICOR is committed to being a market leader in cryogenic technology by supplying its cutting edge technology and world-class customer support.

Product Lines
Products, Services and Markets
Ricor has been manufacturing cryogenic coolers for more than 30 years. Our Cryogenic Coolers are based on Stirling, Gifford McMahon (GM) and Pulse Tube technologies. They provide a cooling capacity starting at a fraction of a watt up to hundreds of watts at 77K. Our coolers are capable to get to as low as 10K.
For the vacuum industry we offer wide range of standard Cryogenic vacuum pumps with GM technology.
We offer Microstar®, a unique Cryogenic water vapor pump based on linear Stirling cooler technology. Microstar® is a state of the art completely self-contained compact cryogenic water vapor pump. Unlike conventional cryo systems it does not require a separate compressor and gas lines. This enables a fast simple and painless, pump to tool integration at the lowest cost. The Microstar® is available with standard vacuum flanges, or without a flange for non-standard in situ applications.
For very sensitive applications an ultra low vibration Microstar® version is available. These applications may be detector cooling or other processes in which previous to MicroStar LN2 used to be the only available cooling option.
A smart wafer system for semiconductors tools diagnostic is available. By using the InnerSense vibration and leveling diagnostics on fab equipment, customers can increase productivity by more than 5%. By using the InnerSense smart temperature measurement water, customers can gain yield, tool availability and cost reduction.
