FLOW
400 Series – The industrial version of our flow meters offers flow measurement to 10,000 slm with accuracy up to ±(0.5% reading + 0.1% full scale). The 400 Series features 4-20 mA output (0 – 5 VDC optional), RS232, RS485, or Ethernet, 24 VDC operation, built-in totalizer and self-diagnostics all in an IP-65 package.
300 Series – The 300 Series line employs a patented flow sensor which allows fast response to changing flow rates. This series is available in both analog and highly accurate digital versions. Digital versions offer multiple gas calibrations, RS232/RS485 as well as totalizer capability.
200 Series – The general purpose line features elastomeric sealed mass flow meters and controllers which have earned the reputation for being among the most stable and repeatable instruments available. This line covers ranges from 0-15,000 SLM (meters) and 0-500 SLM (controllers).
PowerPod – The flow power supply/readout can be provided in either single-channel or four-channel versions. Both feature control setpoints and RS232/RS485. The four-channel version also features ration control as well as totalizer readout.
VACUUM
IGE-3000 – Miniature Bayard-Alpert style ion gauge covers range from 10-2 to 10-10 Torr.
Model 2002 and OBE Vacuum Sensor – This wide range digital instrument measures from atmosphere to 10-4 Torr. This instrument boasts high stability, accuracy, repeatability and sensor interchangeability through Piezo and Pirani thin film sensor technologies.
Model 760 Plus – This vacuum gauge/controller measures a range of 0.1 to 999.9 Torr and features exceptional stability, accuracy, linearity, and is unaffected by gas composition. The Piezo-resistive transducer can work as a stand-alone sensor.
VT & CVT Series – These world renowned compact vacuum gauges and controllers are available in three ranges: 0-20 Torr (DV-4), 0-100 microns (DV-5), and 0-1000 microns (DV-6).
HPM 4/6 – This meter, a portable battery operated version of the VT, is a dual range meter design for the 0-20 Torr (DV-4) and 0-1000 micron (DV-6) ranges.
