We offer standard table top Sputtering Systems, custom built E-Beam and Thermal Evaporators as well as Combination Systems. We also build custom engineered vacuum systems for specialized applications, while also being able to supply all accessories such as targets, substrates, mass flow valves, controllers, systems pumps, power supplies, etc.

We have supplied our systems worldwide to Academia, R&D laboratories and Nanotechnology Industries.
