VG Scienta is the merger of Vacuum Generators and Gammadata Scienta and is comprised of two complementary divisions; Surface Science Physics and UHV Components & Systems.

VG Scienta continues to go beyond the high standards demanded by the vacuum market. This has led to opportunities in semiconductor, surface science and synchrotron applications, maintaining the company’s position at the forefront of ultra high vacuum (UHV) technology.

VG Scienta has over 3000 standard products including; cryostats, precision manipulators, heater stages, vacuum chambers and systems. Many standard products combine to create customizable ‘off-the-shelf’ systems and assemblies such as; OLED research and development solutions, cluster tools for nanotechnology and fast-entry loadlocks. This approach creates added value by decreasing the time to market or experiment result for customers and end users.

Research and development is key to the continued success of VG Scienta. This is fulfilled by a dedicated design department that continually improves existing products, provides custom design facilities for system projects and new product development.
