Products, Services and Markets
VG Scienta continues to go beyond the high standards demanded by the vacuum market. This has led to opportunities in semiconductor, surface science and synchrotron applications, maintaining the company’s position at the forefront of ultra high vacuum (UHV) technology.
VG Scienta has over 3000 standard products including; cryostats, precision manipulators, heater stages, vacuum chambers and systems. Many standard products combine to create customizable ‘off-the-shelf’ systems and assemblies such as; OLED research and development solutions, cluster tools for nanotechnology and fast-entry loadlocks. This approach creates added value by decreasing the time to market or experiment result for customers and end users.
Research and development is key to the continued success of VG Scienta. This is fulfilled by a dedicated design department that continually improves existing products, provides custom design facilities for system projects and new product development.
Quality is paramount to VG Scienta with every UHV product manufactured to ateast ISO9001:2000 standards with full traceability of documentation and construction materials.
With a global network of offices and distributors, VG Scienta’s UHV components and systems find themselves in scientific and industrial research departments, synchrotrons and OEM products all over the world. Established in 1964, VG Scienta’s vacuum component business (formerly Vacuum Generators) built a name for itself based on high quality and technical innovation in Ultra High Vacuum applications and continue to support the most technical and forward thinking research institutions and OEMs globally.
